*Skipping the signing of the Tenant screening and the agreements in the above flow, you submit the specification application form, and then the license is issued in cases of the temporary use of the conference room, multipurpose hall, and etc.

About procedures after the contract

From the contract complete until occupancy, you must go through following procedure with Todai FC secretariat.

  1. Fill in tenants list
  2. The room key or card key delivering or lending.
  3. Consultation about moving (before contract date move is also possible.)
